Stick with it...





I hear from people all the time, 'I've followed my plan for a WHOLE week and it doesn't work... ' 
so ... that's that! 

I always tell them... give it a chance... just because Mary loses 2lbs every week... doesn't mean you will too... good for Mary... but don't write healthy eating off because you're not superhuman... Mary will plateau too, Mary will struggle at some point... everyone does... but bunny hopping from one diet to another never worked for anyone... healthy eating.. treating your body well... nourishing it... feeling better in your own skin... all the reasons you want to change your attitude towards food...  if you stick with it... you will feel it.. whether its on the scales or not... you will have more energy... sleep better... less sugar cravings... you can crave fruit too.. who knew?!?!

Just don't give up on yourself...

As the L'Oreal folks are always reminding us, You're worth it! That. Is. All!

  1. Perfect quote! I had found myself being a bit wishy washy about what type of 'diet' I wanted to do until I found myself thinking its not a 'diet' its a lifestyle and just to enjoy everything in moderation while still trying to eat as healthy as possible.

Take it one day at a time... forget the last few weeks... take today... make good decisions... and when you want something.. have a bit.. lives too short to be miserable... we eat 21 meals a week.. one bad one won't do the damage... and every body is different... people plateau for months then it all starts again.. don't be too disheartened... email me if you want x

  3. I'm in the right head space for losing right now but its occasion after occasion comin up and i have decided to go with it and enjoy. Time wont slow down because i need to lose a few pounds! Xx

    1. Exaclty.. life is too short... but there will be days when you can have the bold stuff and other days when you can just be a bit kinder to your body... geez if we had to give up having fun I'd be straight out of here! x
