Soul Ful food

EVERYONE should live by this...

Soul Ful ... the clue is in the name people... This spot is charming beyond belief... and delicious to boot...

Soul Ful Bistro is half way up Manor Street in Stoneybatter... You can't miss the cheery yellow front and the morning we went it was glorious.. long may it last!

The brunch menu is varied and plenty to choose from ... no problems mixing and matching or adding a rasher here or there either... they cater for coeliacs, lactose intolerant diners and vegetarians...

Once its ordered.. sit back and....

The juice is freshly squeezed.... no fizzy pop in here people... it's all about the goodness! Freshly ground coffee and good old Barry tea!

The layout isn't squished either ... there's enough tables to give it a buzz but you're not looking at a stranger chomping on their toast either..

The walls have quotes all over them... its quirky and cool...

on the back of the loo door and the sign to guide you there... boys eh?!?

Now to the food...

'D' ordered the 'Full Irish' and got the works... thumbs up all round!

'H' ordered the baked eggs with dippy soldiers with a side of bacon ... only downside.. eggs weren't dippy so the soldiers were a bit sad about that... but she got over it quickly enough when she saw there were 3 not 2 eggs! Bonus!

and I had the Eggs Benedict.. shocker eh?!?  the ham was fantastic and plenty of it...

The coffees... lemonades... and teas...

A handy blackboard telling you what's in season now... something I spend my life googling!

They have a VIP club that you can sign up to... there's early bird menus... wine evenings and lots more... They're also one of the sponsors for Pride week, check out the rainbow aprons for sale!!! If you're heading into town and want to fuel up for the day, plan your strategy or you need to wind down with all the bags... its the place to go... For brunch, it's awesome... check them out online >>> http://www.soulful.ie
