Who are you doing it for?!? - Motivation Monday

I know we all try to get skinny for a wedding, graduation, big birthday… but ultimately… what made you want to lose weight? Doctor said you had to lose a few pounds? Couldn't bare the thought of buying more clothes in a bigger size? Saw a picture on Facebook and wondered who the hell that person was? The only reason to lose weight is for you… everyone else benefits from it afterwards but do it for you!… You being happier and healthier in your own body means everyone will enjoy you are your best! Kids will learn from your healthy eating habits… real friends will encourage and support you and feel healthier in the process just being around you! Do it for you!
