Arnotts Autumn/Winter 2015

I know it's only July... but it it's time to start thinking about the winter gear... and going by the weather today... its probably going to be here sooner rather than later! And remember I'm a glass half full kinda gal...

I was at the Arnotts Autumn Winter 2015 launch in the Hugh Lane Gallery last week and winter doesn't look so bleak! I thought I'd share what looks are in the pipeline...

The colour themes for the season ahead are 'Autumn Leaves' think golds, dark chocolate browns, pretty rust colours, caramels, burnt oranges and creams; 'Red Red Wine' - deep burgundy, plums, clarets and 'Grapevine' - plums, purples and rich dark damsons! Grey is one of the 'core' base colours so we're not all head to toe in black...

Style wise, the 70s vibe is still here so capes / caplets and faux fur are in... as are over sized knitwear *fistbumps* Best part of winter is covering the lumps and bumps is cozy knits with flattering A line skirts and pencil skirts celebrating the curves we wanna show off! ... It's all about looking cosy and warm, layer up your textures... and adding a touch of sexy with leather, velvet and brocade textures...

Hats are in... very pretty hats are in!!!
Teamed with a classic mac, they're perfect for the autumn look...

How every gal should style her mantelpiece!

My fav look of the day... goal outfit anyone?!

Pops of golden yellow in accessories...

and look at the break nibbles! mmmmmmmmm!

This caramel Coach bag caught my eye... Santa... if you're reading... thanks!
