Move on... Motivation Monday

What ever happened yesterday, happened yesterday... 



Today is not yesterday
sorry to be bloody obvious... 


Letting what happened yesterday, last week at weigh in, last summer, over Christmas.. effect your motivation and mood right now is the sure way to get off track... don't use it as an excuse to give up on yourself... 

You cannot change last weeks weigh in... it's done... over... you can learn from it... take the positive from it and use it to your advantage... 

But letting it eat up valuable time being negative right now?! No people.. just no! 

What's done is done... it can't be changed, a year from now you won't even remember it... so don't waste any precious time dwelling on past... live in the now...

Be kind to your body today and make awesome plans for the future...
