25 days... that's what's left to the 'big day'... let's just forget the scales for a minute... let's just think about why we celebrate Christmas... worrying about fitting into a lil black dress can leave you feeling miserable... Christmas is about family, feeling happy, celebrating with those you love and spending the next 24 and a half days worrying about it will help no one... you can work yourself into a state abut who benefits from that?! it's not a blame game either... the 'I wish I had I had knuckled down...' is past... you are where you are in your journey... and this time next year we'll be right back here... and you'll wonder why you got yourself into a tizzy last year... how many of us can remember the stress of last Christmas... *raises paw*... does it make a bit of difference now? Of course not! Its done... gone.. in the past... prepare to make happy memories this year... not the 'I wish I'd lost weight in time' kinda memories!
Being a size 10/16/22 won't make Christmas any better or worse for you, unless you allow that label to stress you out... remember your body is your home and if you treat it well for the next four weeks, and beyond, you'll feel more energy and buzz to really get into the festive spirit! Downing a selection box and a packet of mince pies will only leave you feeling rubbish... but don't add extra stress to the occasion... life stressful enough... be good to you... you deserve it...
