  2. I've been bold with the festivities, and my birthday and my boyfriends birthday it's pretty much been a weight loss battle ground. Week 2 I was up 1.5lbs. Week 3 I skipped weigh-in and don't have a scales in the house. I'm going to WW on Wednesday and will update then! On the plus side I've maintained my exercise and bought new runners and trackies to motivate me to get out there!

  8. Up .5
It has to be the amount of fruit I'm eating. As everything else is pointed..
Will curb it this week and see what happens. However have a Wedding down the country at the weekend so hopefully it won't do too much damage.

  14. @ The Skinny Doll Elvery's have 26.2% off Asics. I got Asics Gel pink ones for €66 and they fit like a glove immediately, no blisters, no ouchieness!
Changed WW class this week to a morning weigh-in and the class seems really upbeat and motivating. I stayed the same but I'm ok with that. Have been attempting to jog around the Red Rock in Sutton Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and made Carrot and Butternutsquash soup for a change so hopefully will see it 'off' the scales next week!

  17. Hi,

I came across your blog by chance and myself and a girl in my office are following it like the bible!!
I have lost 2.5st 7 years ago in ww on the old points system. I rejoined last week as I have put it back on over last 12 months and this is my first pro points experience. However I had my first weigh in last night and I stayed the same even thought I stuck to the points and did not use all my weekly 49 points. He said I was eating too much fruit (about 8 pieces a day) even though this is zero points it still counts as calories. I am really disappointed as I was away on a hens night and I manageed to stick to the points - is it possible that my lack of weight loss was down to too much fruit - I have now cut back to two pieces from today onwards.
