CHALLENGE WEIGH IN - WEEK 1





Week 1 weigh in people... Post your weight loss below and I'll post the total results tomorrow! Already heard some losses on the twit-vine! AMAZING!!!

I'll go first, now remember today is my birthday and there was CAKE (OK! OK! There were cocktails too.. sigh... but YUM!) at the weekend.. I am older but it seems no wiser! LOL But I'm on track and down a pound!

Can't wait to see how you're all doing.. even if you're up you don't have to let the world know but we can all harrass you on twitter and facebook this week to help... and if you're only joining this week let me know and I'll add you to the list and we'll all be lighter for Easter! YAY!

  2. I'm down one pound which I'm very happy with considering I had a weekend away with the girls and there were mucho drinkies (and a sneaky KFC) involved!!

  5. Happy Birthday! Well done on the weight loss everyone. I had a bad week - birthdays and leaving parties in work meant that the place was awash with bad stuff and I have no will power, plus it was my nephew's first birthday yesterday... say no more. So I didn't lose anything but didn't put anything on either. Back on the wagon big time today!

  12. Down 0.5lbs which is a miracle after the last week so I'm pleased. Have fitted in more exercise this weekend planned ahead, so hopefully will have a bigger loss next week.

  20. Down 2.5lbs! Took measurements and have written days, dates and occasions into my tracker book so I'm aware of planning for them so I'll be able to enjoy them more :-) Great to see so many posting for weigh-in one. Happy Birthday!

  21. Firstly, Happy Birthday, its the one day in the year to call your own, so enjoy it.

    Me, well, i'm struggling a bit, going through a bit of a yo-yo at the moment. But the alternative is not pretty, so we'll struggle on!!

    1. Aw thanks laura.. although I'm really dragging out this birthday lark! We all go through that phase of up and down.. just remember why you're trying to lose weight and don't be too hard on yourself.. realistic goals are the answer.. half a pound a week, or just changing one habit for a little while can make the difference. I have a friend who doesn't count points but has stopped drinking fizzy drinks and once she's mastered that she wants to change another habit.. its all about feeling well in yourself.. not about numbers.. Have a good weekend... xxx
