With the summer coming, salads abound.. and I'm a HUGE fan of yummy salads.. not the dried or worse the sad, soggy leaves that you can get in some places... recently I had tomato and mozzarella salad and realised I hadn't a CLUE of the ProPoints of mozzarella.. with juicy tomatos, some basil and some simple dressing... its a filling yummy lunch... so here's for the lovers...
7 Propoints per 100g - the standard pack is 125g which is 9 ProPoints
The same brand but the "light" version has a huge ProPoint saving... 4 ProPoints per 100g, the 125g bag is 5 ProPoints
These little mini balls are fab for a salad or even better to dot about on your own pizza... per 100g they are 5 ProPoints, the bag is 290g which makes it 15 ProPoints but you get lots ..
This brand is 7 ProPoint per 100g
