I know high protein cheese isn't for everyone but it can really give you that cheesey fix, without all the points... I LOVE cheese, I'm convinced I was a mouse in a former life... or a cheese maker! Grating this over pita breads or in toasted wraps/sandwiches will give you that cheesey flavour without all the SmartPoints... I'm a fan of this one... Anyone else tried it out? x
