95 - Penultimate weigh in!




95!!! That's how many pounds have been lost doing this challenge so far! Seriously I am SO impressed and inspired by you all! Its AMAZING! We've all had ups and downs, St. Patricks day, Mothers day and birthdays to deal with but we're all still down! It's brilliant! So... second last weigh in... Doll has stayed the same... not entirely happy about it .. but as I have to practice what I preach I'm not letting a number rule my life... How did you all do this week? Doll x

  3. Down 1 & 1/2 this week back on track and lost 2 inches from my waist so happy result :-). Sad that skinny bunny is over :-( well done everyone

  6. Back on track... Down 4lbs so that makes it, my first stone down. Don't want to see that one again. I cut back on my fruit intake and danced my back side off at the Wedding to compensate for all the lovely food and chocolate biscuit cake that I had at it.
    Hope you all have a great week... I agree a Springi into Summer Challenge would be a good motivator. How about we all aim to few a pounds lighter by the June Bank Holiday and fitter... Mini marathon style ;-)

  8. I'm not even going to bother getting on scales today LOL
    birthday week messed up my routine and now with everyone home for easter my training is out the window too. Not eating that bad but def not tracking lol.
    On the plus side, draw something app on my new iphone keeps me busy from snacking LOL

    1. Don't let it get to you! A pound can be the weight of a glass of water... and easter is a holiday we're all going to enjoy! You've done really well -6lbs in as many weeks and that's the healthy way to lose it! Fresh week and remember life is to be lived!!! xxx
