OMG! You guys have lost 52lbs in 1 week and there are some who still have to weigh in! That's 3 stone 10 lbs in old money!!! Seriously you lot are amazing!!! Look...

  2. Congrats on the 1.5lb loss! Lost a 1lb this week, though a cheeky weigh in the day before revealed a 2 lbs loss, so dinner with friends had an impact! Pleased to be exercising more now though and getting back to blogging my weight loss :)

  5. up a fecking pound this week soo upset cuz i walked over 3okm ate within points did curves 4 days went to zumba and boxing.. so frustrating.. 6weeks to go to lose 5halfpouns i should do it HELP...

    3. Don't fret.. with a big loss last week... it can just be our body adjusting! I lost nothing for nearly three weeks and hopped up on the scales to be down 7! Don't let it get to you... fresh week.. you can do it.. and there's only 5 weeks left... and remember .. the number on the scales is only one way to see weight loss.. its about how you feel in yourself too! You're doing great.. xxx

  7. I'm down 1.5lbs for week 2. Don't lose heart Sarah I'm sure all your good work will show next weigh in if you keep going. I know how it feels to have an unfair gain it's very hard :-(

  8. Had weigh in tonight ......drumroll........ 5 1/2 pound loss!!! So combine that with 4 1/2 from last week and I've 10 pound gone in two weeks!!!! It will slow down I'm told but I worked my butt off exercising but I did treat nyself ;) delighted!!!! ANON 1

    1. With such a big loss last week that's not an issue! Don't lose focus.. its only 5 weeks.. and you are still well on target for a half stone or even 10lbs! Stick with it!! You can SO do this! x

  12. I've no idea how, but I lost another 6lbs. Having close to a heart attack cycling to and from work plus a walk each night must be the trick. Waiting for it to stabilise to realistic loses this week. But until that I'm super thrilled with 11.5 lbs in two weeks. I'm one happy bunny!

    1. Hang in there.. our bodies work in mysterious ways! The weeks I'm really good I'm always disappointed at the scales then the following week an unexpected loss... I remember drinking a litre of water whilst standing waiting in the queue and not even thinking it weighed something!!! Don't give up now you've done so well on your journey so far! I love your blog! x
