High Protein Cheese - Dunnes

I know high protein cheese isn't for everyone but it can really give you that cheesey fix, without all the points... I LOVE cheese, I'm convinced I was a mouse in a former life... or a cheese maker! Grating this over pita breads or in toasted wraps/sandwiches will give you that cheesey flavour without all the SmartPoints... I'm a fan of this one... Anyone else tried it out? x

Müller Skyr pots!

These are the new Skyr style yoghurt pots from Müller... I'm always a bit dubious when I see 'high protein' on things now because it can often mean high sugar content so studying the label isn't a bad thing to do... 10SP is a lot for a yoghurt but the joy of WW is you can eat what you like as long as you track it, so nothing is off the menu... Anyone tried them out yet? x

Single serve pasta sauces...

Another individually portioned product that might save you time when the dark nights are drawing in and you're just in the door late, this time from Dolmio... These sachets are all in 150g sachets, bar the Tomato and Basil flavour... I spotted two plant based versions too for vegetarians and vegans. 45seconds in the microwave and chuck it on some pasta... dinner! I spotted these in Supervalu... Anyone tried them out? x

Spotted these in Aldi last week and thought I'd share... 10 mini meringues for 1SP! Bargain! I got the caramel ones to test... you know.. for the blog... research for you guys... Things I do for ye! Pizza Bases from Pizzado...

Another fab Irish product that you can pick up in Aldi, Pizzado pizza bases! Artisan, hand stretched, stone baked pizza bases, and they come in a pack of 2! You can freeze them, and they keep in the fridge as well... Just add your passata and off you go with your toppings! It's got that lovely pizza based texture that's not all doughy something that's hard to find with a lot of pizza bases! Plus made in Ireland, and we need to support all our homegrown businesses at the moment! You'll find them in the fridge section in Aldi! Anyone else tried them? x

Brannan's Flavoured Sausages in Aldi!

You know I'm all about the sausages, behave yourself, and I'm a big fan of turkey and chicken sausages! Not just for breakfast, they're great in pasta bakes and to stir into casseroles or just pasta with some passata... These are in Aldi currently and I thought I'd compare the different between the proteins! Now there's nothing like a pork sausage on a Sunday morning, especially when there's been a few gins the night before but sometimes I'm all about quantity but usually that comes with losing the quality, not with these bangers... the spicy turkey sausages are the bomb! Handy if you fancy a 'hotdog' kinda night too! Anyone tried them? x
