I only had a wrap!

You know the way you're out and about and you say to yourself 'sure I'll just pick up a wrap somewhere...' Just remember all warps are not created equal! These bad boys look lovely and tasty and honestly they're not even that big are ones that I would just grab on the go and think to myself 'I only had a wrap at lunch time!' They are 100% vegan, low in fat, soya free and a great source of protein... half a pack is pretty filling but I've done the SmartPoints for the full 300g pack too... If you're looking to try out jackfruit, one of these might be the intro you'd like... Spotted these in Tesco and thought they'd be handy for my dairy free or vegan pals who are on the go and might want to make themselves a fancy schmancy latte! SPs are per sachet made up with boiling water. It's great to see all these everywhere now isn't it! Anyone tried them? x

Plant to Plate burger range from LIDL!

With BBQ weather upon us here's some flavoured plant based burgers from the LIDL range Plant to Plate... Irish made, vegan and full of flavour what's not to love! I tried the curried cauliflower ones and they were delicious! Only tip I'd say is be brave when you flip them, one fast move and you'll be fine! The quarter pounders although the same size/weight have coconut fat in them that's why they're higher in SPs. Anyone tried them out yet? x
