Firstly.. Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! I'm sure a few of you are out on the tiles and celebrating all things green! Final week of the challenge and I didn't quite make the 10lbs... but I am nearly there... and once I'm allowed bag to exercise.. (silly ribs!) I'll be hitting that 10 at warp speed!
Congrats to Mr. Q ... a massive 23lbs lost in this challenge.. a complete inspiration! Everyone has done brilliantly and should feel very proud.. we've all made a step in the right direction for looking fabulous for summer!
New challenge incoming, its a good one!
