If you're a lover of mince pies, the season is ahead of us... I have to admit I'm not a fan... Xmas cake, pudding, all that stuff isn't for me but I spotted this in Dunnes for anyone who fancies making their own this year... with some light shop bought pastry? a squige of cream?
