I'm a planner when it comes to meals so when something upsets the plan then I'm all lost! I always have roasted veg in the fridge or oven... I always have salary bits and pieces... So bulking this up was easy... The portion size was good you can kinda judge it by the size of it in my hand but for me they're for emergencies only... If anyone else has tried 'em comment below I'd love to hear what you thought...

I get the garlic and chilli one and it's delish. It's the perfect size for lunch. I work on the go so I need something handy like this for lunch. The carb factor seems to be ok in it also.
