Ola Dolls! I know, I know... I've been missing .. my trip to NYC put me behind on things and I was at a fabulous Irish wedding on Friday that I'm still recovering from! But here I am.. back and raring to get going!
I'm currently doing the chart up for those doing the S.M.A.R.T.E.R challenge .. I'm bound to have missed peoples weigh ins here and there so do correct me if I've muddled your weight loss!
My trip was AMAZING... and I got a strange addiction for bagels when I was stateside (get me with the yankee lingo!), they were filling enough for breakfast/lunch but also I could control the portion size where ever I went which was handy... I thought when I got back, I'd see exactly what was out there for bagel lovers! They are really filling and you can make them sweet or savoury.. personally love them toasted with a little light cream cheese and some roast peppers for lunch or some Vegemite.. mmmmm
So glad to be back to all the motivation in here! Lets rock this for summer!

DeleteHi Doll. Hope you had a great holiday in New York. I love a toasted WW bagel with low fat spread and a slice of Kerry LoLo cheese for breakfast as it's quite filling. I was ill last week and couldn't go to my weigh in so call it a STS please. Just back from this week's class and lost 2.5lbs which makes me a happy bunny. Hope you have a good week. Adrienne XX

DeleteThe Kerry cheese is one of the nicest ones! and I love my porridge but it gets so dull sometimes.. I actually roll my eyes whilst its cooking... these make a nice change.. good loss this week! x
DeleteHey,hope New York was good. Regarding the WW bagels, I find them to be a bit on the stale side and they break very easily. It may be worth your while to have another brand for the extra 2 points. Also it could just be me who thinks that :) On my WIs, completely forgot to post here so I have 3 weeks to catch up on. I missed one week, then was up 1.5lbs and then tonight I was down 2.5lbs!
ReplyDeletetotally agree with you.. the WW ones are kinda rubbery... I"d rather have a really nice one and enjoy it for the extra points! well done on the weight loss! x
DeleteHi Doll, missed 26/4 AND 3/5! 10/5 = up 3lb.. Weigh in for 17/5 down 5.5lb =)
ReplyDeleteReally need to get my head down and focus!!!!
5.5 is great! x
DeleteWelcome back Doll! Last week I was up 1. This week sts. Despite not using all weeklies and slightly decreasing dailies. Very frustrating but keeping at it. Gillie C Xx
ReplyDeletethe thing is to not give up... did you check your portion sizes.. I regularly have to weigh out stuff cause I get a little heavy handed.. might be worth looking at ... and drinking water.. a pain but it really helps x
