New range of flavours from Avonmore out at the moment! All gluten free and full of yummy flavours... Each tub is 400g so the whole thing for lunch or half the tub with a sandwich on those cold days! Again, it's just to mix it up with the batch cooking at the moment... trying to keep soup interesting can be a big challenge! The odd purchase can mix it up a bit! Anyone tried them out? x

My milkshake brings all the boys...

Some people really miss their milkshakes... *raises hand* ... as a reformed 'strawberry-malt-a-holic' there's no great substitutes out there for a really good milkshake without adding ice-cream, apologies to all the 'shakes' fans but no... just no!
