Firstly apologies for my absence.. technical troubles with blogger along with the last of my bronchitis and illness made me abandon you.. however I'm now back and officially signed off by the doc to get back in the pool from Monday so I feel another challenge is needed to get me focussed on summer!!! All aboard the wagon!
Myself and Mr. Q have been in cahoots and there's some motivating and fun stuff in this one! Theres a MAD MEN theme to it! I know, I know... It's going to last until the June Bank holiday which is in 9 weeks! NINE weeks! HOW did that happen?
And whether its a bikini you want to fit into for a summer holiday.. or there's a summer wedding coming up, be nice to show up that aunt who always says you had a 'lovely face' wouldn't it... or you just want to pull on a pair of shorts, go out in the garden and feel good about yourself in them and not the usual uncomfortable, unstylish, unflattering ones! ... then in 9 weeks you could be 9lbs lighter, if not more!
