EIGHT POUNDS in EIGHT WEEKS!
Ok, so requests have been high to get another challenge underway to keep us motivated.. no falling off the wagons people! so … drum roll please …. its the .....
challenge!
This will bring us up to the August bank Holiday and over half a stone lighter… I'm sure people will be aiming for more and that's fab but minimum loss is 8 lbs!
Fingers crossed the August bank holiday will be hot, sunny and full of summer delights..
including maxi dresses...
Shorts...
and swimwear... I'm all about the retro one piece.. its girlie, covers my belly and looks very cute..
So we have to be ready to bare a little flesh and feel confident about out bodies... and we all want to look and feel good.. so at least 8 lbs down by then yes?!?
Measuring tapes out.. menu planners at the ready… and next week - everyone should be down at least one pound!
We can look fab even if the weather isn't!

ReplyDeleteCount me in, please and thanks. It's going to be a tough two weeks as I have friends staying this weekend and my BF's mothers 60th the following weekend. But hopefully I won't be tempted off course. Thanks for the challenge, you're the best :-)

DeleteI dont gave 8 lbs to lose as that would bring me under weight but still have 2.5 lbs to lose to reach ny overall WW goal. Even if i lost lb or 2 extra i wudbt complain. Just find challenges brill and motivation great. Can i still take part ???

DeleteHi, i have 5kgs to lose. Im 31,lost 11kgs on my own,my wedding was my motivation. I was shocked to get a call from. My doc to say i have very high cholestrol.......im fit,run halfmarathons and gym. My husband is british and advised me to try weight watchers online(we live in the Uae),there are no meetings. Its all so new to me. I signed up 2 nights ago. Can i plse join the challenge for support and guidance on propoints since its all new?

DeleteIs it too late to join in!?? This sounds like a really good idea!! I've been on WW for 5 weeks. I was down 6 1/2 pounds in the first 4 weeks. And then last week I put on 1 1/2 pounds. :( So need to get back on track. I'm doing it for health reasons!!!
