Sardines from Shines...

It's another one of those things that people either love or hate... I'm a big fan! Half a tin will give you a lovely topping for your toast... Plus it's an Irish product, and we've all got to do our bit for businesses now! They do a lovely tuna in spring water to that I'm hunting down too, if anyone spots it give me a shout... Spotted these in Lidl last week some high protein, low sugar granolas! The cranberry & almond one sounds perfect for this time of year doesn't it? I've done the SPs per 15g, 30g and 45g portion in case you're like me and just want a sprinkle to add a bit of crunch to your breakkie! I bought the Honey & Seed one and I'm lovin it... proper crunchy! Anyone else tried them out yet? x
