Make a decision...

Are you stuck? I'm stuck... I'm losing and gaining the same couple of pounds and staying the same most weeks... and whilst I could write you a list of excuses a mile long... I'm only allowing myself to be stuck... Permission granted! 

Todays decision is simple... DO WHAT WORKS for me ... and that's tracking... Need to write everything down even when it's off plan and get my bottom back into gear... Christmas will come and go (the sooner the better as far as I'm concerned!) and the weeks will pass by... 

If you think about this time next year do you really want to be exactly where you are today?

  1. I have found that when I am tired and run down the same happens to me. My cre? Rest, really good rest and long sleeps. AND drink lots of plain water for a few days. I think that my metabolism needs readjustment time occasionally.
