Spice of life.. week 3 challenge!

Sorry dolls... I'm a little late with this post but they're making me work! sheesh!!! Don't they know I've got more important things to do! So... as expected my body is playing catch up and this week I was down 4.5lbs! Seeeeee a little patience and if you're following a plan and its all healthy then it does actually work! Sigh! So.. I think I caught most of the losses through the comments but if I've missed you out then just let me know... another great week... and as summer officially started we're close to the end already!! Where is 2012 going!?!?

This week.. its an exercise challenge... now I know we're all busy with life.. but if you can make half an hour for Dot Cotton and Phil Mitchel.... you can make a half and hour for you!

This week its all about variety and you may be stuck in your ways.. you know .. doing the same walk every day... but perhaps you should try walking it in reverse.. and I don't mean YOU in reverse but the route.. that downhill you love at the end.. will be a challenge at the beginning! Its a week to diversify!

This is my treat when I get to goal!!!

Got those DVDs gathering dust at the back of the telly... Strictly come dancing style to the Pussycat Dolls workouts.. they're out there and I know you have at least one! Davina lives behind my TV and this week she's coming out! Maybe there's a local Zumba class you can pop into... most of the drop in classes are about €10 ... and you might love it! You might make new pals that live around the corner who need a motivating pal!!! A salsa class.... there's a salsa slim near me and once I get the all clear on my jippy knee I'm so there! This week try something NEW, something different... take you walk to the beach and get your feet wet... dust the bike down and head to the shop for your pint of milk! Aquafit, tag rugby, jog, netball, skipping, tennis - even if there's just a court you can play in and sweat it out with a pal... you'll have a laugh I promise! Borrow a pals dog and hit the park.. both you and they will be delighted and exhausted! A spin class.. a step aerobic class... most will let you try a class to see how you like it... there's a variety of ways to exercise.. this week just try a new one!


Seeee you don't even need to know the rules as long as you're moving!
AND.... keep up the amazing losses!! You people are FABULOUS!!! Doll x

  1. Down 2.5 this week. Didn't do so good on the junk food challenge, will really try with the exercise one. The 30 day shred is calling me out!!

    1. Yeah the junk food one is a toughie.. I think a lot of people struggled with it.. but if we're ore aware at least eh? Great loss!!! Let Gillian loose! LOL x

  4. Hope i didnt miss out on board love seeing he losses. Im down another 2 lbs so delighted wohooooo. Junk food challenge was tough after a long day i look forward to my cup of coffee and 2 bickies so just had them. loving the challenge this week. Congrats on ur 4.5 loss.

  5. Great challenge! I'm half an hour walk away from work so i'm gonna walk there and back tomorrow and monday and tuesday! And i'm gonna try get a little extra in on Saturday and Sunday!
    That's my plan anyway, and if this weather stays I won't be avoiding it =)

  6. Down 1&1/2 this week :-) had takeaway one night but felt guilty so didn't eat it all made up for it by cutting out sandwiches for lunch and having prawn cocktail and ryvita instead

  7. Down 2 lbs this week. Trying to get back into WW mode. College was a killer and I'm finding it difficult to get back tracking and eating well.

  8. Wahoo down 2 lbs! I thought the no junk food week would be a killer but I am so proud of myself and feel a lot less bloated because of it. I even survived the cinema without nibbling!
    Bring on the exercise, will be dusting off my Davina DVDs too Skinny Doll!

  9. Down 1 lb this week, didn't do very well on the junk food challange, but really going to give the exercise an extra boost this week. I know i have a box of DVD's somewhere thats my weekend job route out dvds. Thanks for the motivation :)

  16. Sooo happy today:) lost 3lbs this week, which means got my 1 stone and got my 10% :D and most of all im now at my goal weight:) 3 weeks of maintaining it and ill be on gold:) thanks doll for all ur help:D x hayley

  17. Hangs head in shame... I did no exercise. Had a mental week and weekend. However, had a loss of 2.5lbs so happy but could have been more if I had moved my ass ;-) have made time for exercise this week, it's in the diary!

  20. Down another half pound this week. Happy its down but I really wanted to get the pound to get my stone!!!! Off to Leeds this weekend and it would have been a nice little bonus - oh well. Did a little extra on the exercise front, went for a long walk on killiney hill with my dad and the dogs on sunday and I took every opportunity to jog off a bit ahead of my dad with the dogs, when we hit an uphill I'd run to the top. Any steps i would jog up and down so I wouldn't get to far ahead of my dad. Wasn't anything major but it was definitely more than i would usually do on a sunday.

  21. up half a pound....totally raging coz i though i had a really good week....i know it's not much and tom's due but i had really wanted a good loss to keep me on track this week. I finished college so I have a mental week ahead of me!

  23. Dont think i posted my lost for last week, i was very surprisingly (cant spell) down 2lbs. Am not looking forward to this week had a wedding and ds was sick all weekend so was totally out of routine but back on track fulltime now, Thanks for motivation :)
