Monday…. Motivation…





Ever just feel like you're wishing your life away… I wish I was a size 'x'… I wish I could fit into those jeans… I wish I didn't feel so insecure when I'm out… I wish I didn't always forces on the negative stuff…. today we stop wishing and start doing! How many times have you heard or read 'If you had told me I could have lost this weight a year ago I would have laughed at you!' yet successful people believed… believed in themselves… and believed they could… and then did it! Stop wishing for things that you can actually do! Today is the day to start doing… set a plan 'a month from now…'  set a goal 'I will be down 4lbs  …. whatever your goal is, make it realistic… write it down and promise yourself to do it!

    Came across your blog and i LOVE it ! Thank you so much for all the great ideas and support. You are doing amazingly well yourself, and that gives me the novice, so much hope.. Have you ever considered doing a daily food diary ? It would be so helpful for those of us who have no imagination when it comes to food :)

    1. Hi! Would you believe I was going to post up my tracker for a week as I'm VERY close to a big goal and I need to be watched like a hawk! Accountability is very important for me! My days can be very dull sometimes though but its definitely on the list!! LOL Thanks for the feedback… it's lovely to hear x
