WEEK 7 - Weigh in!


Urrghh! This flu has me beaten! I stayed the same AGAIN this week.. my leader said its the lack of exercise and all the cough bottles I've been downing! Full of sugar and upsetting my system! I'm hooked on them I think! I may need a different kinda meeting! Still I'm slowly on the mend and my appetite shall appear any minute now! You've been warned!

Good news on the losses this week! 

*drum roll please*

Miss Zed has reached her goal weight! 

*applause* She has done SO well on all the challenges!! Amazing!! 

AAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNDDDDDDD......

Mr. Q is the first to cross the stone mark in this challenge -16 pounds so far .. fantastic!!!! If you need some motivation... read his last guest post on here... it'll put a fire in your belly! 

Everyones had an up week so proves we're all human but we've all just chalked it down, put it behind us and started anew! You only fail when you don't get up! All the summer stuff is starting to appear in the shops.. let use the next month wisely to shed a few more pounds! 

I'm off to Scotland with my flu to drink hot whiskeys and chase rugby boys... it'll get my exercise program back on track! ;P

  1. I maintained this week! Was a bit of a shock for me and my leader as she said there is usually a bit of fluctuation in the first few weeks. Its quite a nice feeling being a little bit more flexible with my food - adding in some good fats to bring up my dailies a little bit. So delighted - heading to vegas in 5 weeks so wanna get a good handle on things before then.

    THanks so much doll - your challenges have played a HUGE part in getting me here. You motivate so many people here and def were a big inspiration for my own blog!

  4. STS the last two weeks, haven't been trying at all and that's the honest truth, got a bit hooked on club lemon there for a while, but back on track again this week! WI in the morning, will report :) Congrats Zoe, amazing achievement x

    1. I'm the same.. just a complete stand still.. I'm allowed back swimming next week so hopefully that will push things along.. dont' give up though.. you're still on track! LOVE club lemon! Save it for treats though.. LOADS of sugar.. ggrrrrr x

  6. I'm new 2 ths site! joined ww Thursday so lukn 4wrd 2 nxt wk weigh in! I had previously lost 10 and half stone using propoints, had few hiccups alng d way + put on gud bit again but i'm determined 2 win the war! Feels gr8 to be back again!

  7. Hi doll,
    I lost 0.5lb this week....and fit i to bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding which felt great! Not sure what the after effects of the wedding will be but will worry about that next week. Well done to Zed!

    I was down 1 lb this week, gonna change up my food this week and see will it make a difference on the scales next week

  10. Hi Doll, hope you are feeling better and had a good weekend. I was up 1lb on week 7 and down 2lbs this week (week 8). So I am now back to doing what I should i.e. tracking/excercising/drinking water/etc. so looking forward to another loss next week! Marguerite
