WEIGH IN 3


Weigh in time! Miss Doll despite having the flu this week.. or maybe because of it is down 4!! This explains me needing to buy a new swimming cozzie!!

Some great losses in already! Stay focused now.. remember come the summer time you'll regret that you didn't put the effort in!

Tangent -  I tried the breakfast biscuits and whilst they were nice to eat they certainly didn't fill me up as my porridge or smoothie normally would.. so yes they're handy for emergencies i.e.: the car, handbag etc.. but not as a regular breakfast!

  1. I broke my plateau this week and was down 1lb! delighted with that and has spurred me on to get the last 4.5 gone by the end of this challenge.

    You are flying doll - well done, 9lbs in 3 weeks is amazing!

  2. I lost 0.4. not great, but after the huge loss two weeks ago it was to be expected, plus at least I'm going in the right direction!

  4. Hi Doll Congrats on your loss! I stayed the same this week. Was really good with the exercise so am a bit disappointed but it wasnt up so it's all good! Here's to next week.....

  5. Well done Doll! I was down 2lbs last week but up half a pound this week...I am putting it down to the steroids I was on for a sinus infection! Marguerite

    1. Good stuff! and you're right about the meds.. I was on medication for flu last week and I lost the run of myself on Australia day so I'm up this week.. but trick is to not give up! x

    1. and you're still down 2.5lbs in three weeks! Next time you're in a supermarket pick up two pounds of butter and imagine them on your bum/tum/thighs.. GONE! Its slow and steady.. and everyone has an UP week.. this week is mine! :/

  8. My weigh in is on Tuesday... I'm a nurse and work nights... I find it so tough never know when to start tracking.... I've been really good(except tonight-but craved sugar)!!!!!! Really hope in down lost 4ibs since christmas!!!!!!

    1. Shift work can be SO difficult.. your body gets outof synch.. try to keep fruit around to snack on and I've recently started having porridge and cereals at other times of the day to stop me snacking and to feel fuller... Pick the same time to track from each day... and don't forget your 49 for emergencies.. Let me know how your getting on.. x

  10. Hey Doll well done you on your loss, was annoyingly up 0.5lb last week but lost 1.5lb this week. 3.5lbs from goal hoping to get there for Paddy's day last few lbs seem to be a struggle. Best of luck to all

    1. The last few are the hardest but don't be disheartened! You've done so brilliantly over the last year... and look back at where you were... you NEVER want to be there again.. and it may come off half a pound a week but you'll do it! I have great faith in you! x
