SUMMER CHALLENGE WEEK 1!


Ok boys and girls.. lets be having you! How did you all fair with the water challenge? I got a lot of tweets and emails that people were tricking themselves into drinking more which is excellent, did anyone struggle? It's not as easy as you think!

Blackboard of reckoning is above ... I know some of you aren't weighing in every week but I've added the names to make sure you check in with you and remember its only 6.. well 5 now... weeks to the summer bank holiday! So if you're trying on your shorts/bikini/measureing yourself drop in and let us know how you're getting on...

I stayed the same this week... so its a 0 for me in the chart.. but I've been very good this week so I'll be down for sure!

Remember the weather might be rubbish outside but the hols are just around the corner! How do you really want to feel in that bikini/cozzie in 6 weeks time? Sick of the cover-up... get cracking this week and in a months time you'll feel amazing! I promise.. plus .. I need all the motivation I can get!

  3. I will weigh in on Thursday it's easier because if I give last weeks I always feel a week behind :-) so il let u know then I can get all the water in coz I havent been that good wit water

    2. Oh ya and water challenge went great, I think it helped a lot. I had 2 bottles in work everyday and kept drinking when I got home You didn't realise how much u would drink when its in front of you comstantly. Love the weekly challenges great idea :)

    1. DOn't sweat it.. I was the same too but I KNOW I'm down .. my silly body doesn't keep up with me.. hang in there .. it will show on the scales if you were good I promise! x

  7. Weighted in last night, down 3.5 :D thrilled!
    I drank sooooo much water, really think it helped coz i'm a demon for eating just coz i'm bored or want something sweet so instead of reaching for the biscuits :D
    Thanks so much, I really need this motivation to keep tracking!

  13. Whoops I was up 2.5 lbs. I knew it was a bad week. Was at a wine tasting, a birthday party and I currently have 5 college assignments due in the next 4 days :( By the weekend I hope to be back on track!

  14. Down 1.5 this evening!
    I tried increasing the water intake but my bladder seems to be SO weak, I keep having to run in and out of the office to the loo! No complaints as the toilet is up a flight of stairs, hoewever i'm sure there'll come a time when my boss starts to question my comings and goings =)

  18. weighed in this morn lost 2 lbs. wohoooo so 8 lbs to go i was delighted as it was my first week and still im getting used to the PPoint system. your blog is just brill. it has really helped me point some of my fav foods! i def upped my intake of water but could have drank more. leader told me that as i didnt have to much to lose ( 10lbs in total) that it might be slower coming off. so any loss next week id be over the moon. looking forward to the challenge today :)

  19. I weighed in last Saturday (21st April) and I stayed the same weight 145.4lbs! Hoping for a loss this Saturday! Only 4lbs to a healthy BMI! Cannot wait for the nxt challenge! Loved the water one! :)

  22. Had my wi at lunch time down 5LBS cant believe it, over the moon, drank my 2lts of water daily and did more exercise. yeah:)
